Report Writing-Research
The animal I have chosen to research is:Cheetahs
Classification (What type is animal is it?)
- It’s animals that run fast but can speed up to 60 or 70 miles.
- They call the animal cheetah because it can run very fast for it’s high speed.
Description
What does it look like?
- They are yellow and black.
- yellow fluffy fur and black dots.
- big whisker
Where do you find it (where does it live-Habitat)?
- Some cheetahs live in africa.
- In the wild out of namibia are cheetahs
- kenya have some cheetahs but not all.
What does it eat (Diet)?
- Cheetahs eat zebra for the meat.
- They eat Thomson's gazelles that there favourite most delicious food they eat.
- They have to weight only at less than 90 pounds.
What does it do (Behaviour)?
- Cheetahs look after their cubs
- They watch out for small or big predators
- Hunting for food for the baby cubs
Some other interesting facts:
- The cheetah knocks the animal out to the ground then started biting the throat .
- Adult cheetahs weigh from 86 to 143 pounds.
- a cheetah needs half an hour to catch its breath before it can eat.
- cheetah is running at top speed, it covers about 23 feet .
- (39 to 65 kilograms).
